Italian luxury car brand Maserati has unveiled the facelifted versions of its two-door high-performance GT models, the GranTurismo and the open-top GranCabrio. The updates focus on refinements to the exterior and interior design, as well as improvements to powertrain output.

The exterior changes are concentrated at the front. The radiator grille, now extended to the lower bumper area, is adorned with a mesh pattern instead of the previous vertical bars, emphasising the central trident logo. The layout of the side air intakes has been streamlined with horizontal lines, giving the car a lower and more stable appearance. The chrome trim that previously framed the radiator grille has been replaced with black trim, creating a more cohesive visual effect. At the rear, the bumper shape remains unchanged, but the rear lights now feature clear lenses, refining the overall look.

Key interior changes include the steering wheel, gear selector, and digital clock. The previously oval steering wheel has been flattened at the top and bottom to improve ease of entry and exit. The spokes are finished in dark satin aluminium, lending a more subdued atmosphere.

The gear selector has been replaced with a metal button-type design, enhancing the three-dimensional feel of the centre console and improving intuitive operation. The digital clock in the centre of the dashboard has been redesigned from a circular to an octagonal shape, finished with a metal bezel. A driver monitoring system, which detects the driver's gaze and fatigue levels in real time, has been introduced as a new safety feature.

The GranTurismo and GranCabrio are offered with three powertrain options: two internal combustion engines (producing 490 hp and 590 hp) and a fully electric model. The V6 'Nettuno' turbo engine fitted to the internal combustion trims delivers 590 hp and 66.28 kg·m of torque in the high-performance Trofeo line, representing a 40 hp increase over the previous model.

The fully electric GranTurismo Folgore achieves a top speed of 325 km/h, powered by 760 hp. The open-top GranCabrio Folgore has a limited top speed of 290 km/h.

New driving modes have also been added. The electric Folgore and the 490 hp internal combustion trim feature a 'Country Mode', which allows driving at speeds of up to 120 km/h with the ride height raised by 20 mm. The existing GT and Sport modes remain unchanged, while the top-tier Trofeo and Folgore trims are equipped with a dedicated 'Corsa Mode' for sporty driving.
