The third career victory for the Carville Racing driver came on his birthday. Tommy Kaily and Sergey Kuznetsov brought Fresh Racing a double podium at ADM Raceway. Arseny Tsaregradtsev once again proved to be the strongest among the juniors following the training sessions at Myachkovo.

The fourth round of the Russian Drift Series Grand Prix concluded in Moscow. The weekend at ADM Raceway followed the traditional style of this circuit with changeable weather – sunshine gave way to torrential rain, and the final battles took place on a drying track. In such difficult conditions, driving skill and luck came to the fore, with even experienced sportsmen falling short.

One of the sensations was the defeat of Georgy Chivchyan as early as the TOP-32 stage. The Takayama Forward Auto leader met Artyom Leitis (Carville Racing), and in this duel the judges needed as many as two re-runs (OMT) to determine the stronger driver. Artyom emerged victorious, sensationally leaving the four-time RDS GP champion outside the TOP-16. One of the heroes of the TOP-32 stage was Artur Zelyony, who claimed victory over Ilya Popov from Systeme Electric Oderzhimye Motorsport. In extremely challenging weather conditions, Zelyony in his Flanker F brilliantly coped not only with his own car but also with his rival, who had secured his first RDS GP victory at the previous round in Nizhny Novgorod.

At the TOP-16 stage, another sensation occurred – Damir Idiyatulin was defeated. The Fresh Racing driver lost his duel against the eventual round winner Anton Kozlov (Carville Racing). In another TOP-16 pairing, the judges required an OMT run to determine the winner – in a close and contact-heavy battle between Pyotr Borodin (Takayama Forward Auto) and Danila Vorobyov (Lukoil Racing Drift Team), Vorobyov came out on top. At the TOP-16 stage, Artyom Leitis (Carville Racing) and Timofey Dobrovolsky (Takayama Forward Auto) ended their campaigns – the former lost to Grigory Gusev (Lukoil Racing Drift Team), while the latter was beaten by Arkady Tsaregradtsev (Systeme Electric Oderzhimye Motorsport). Anton Klyamko (Heatcarbon Racing) managed to reach the quarter-finals, winning his duel against Mikhail Davidyants – the clash between two BMWs of different generations was one of the most spectacular battles of this stage of the round.

Three Fresh Racing drivers managed to break into the TOP-8 – Sergey Kuznetsov and Denis Migal met in an intra-team derby, while Tommy Kaily's opponent was Anton Klyamko. In this stage of the pair battles, Kuznetsov and Kaily emerged strongest and met in the semi-final. Tommy secured his place in the decisive battle of the day, while Sergey went to fight for third place. The second finalist was Anton Kozlov, who defeated Arkady Tsaregradtsev. The reigning two-time RDS GP champion lost his duel against Sergey Kuznetsov – the Fresh Racing newcomer climbed onto the podium for the second consecutive round.

His team-mate Tommy Kaily managed to continue his run of podium finishes, but the Irishman could not secure his second victory of the 2026 season. In tricky conditions on a drying track, the driver made a mistake that cost him the chance to challenge for first place – Anton Kozlov proved strongest in this battle. The Carville Racing driver became a round winner of the country's main drift championship for the first time since 2025. The triumph at ADM Raceway was a birthday gift for Anton Kozlov, who celebrated his special day right at the event – the 2023 vice-champion marking the occasion in style.

RDS GP 2026. Round 4. ADM Raceway. Individual standings. Top 3:

  1. Anton Kozlov (Ulyanovsk, Carville Racing) – 269 points
  2. Tommy Kaily (Dungarvan, Ireland, Fresh Racing) – 187 points
  3. Sergey Kuznetsov (Samara, Fresh Racing) – 167 points

  1. Fresh Racing – 354 points
  2. Carville Racing – 313 points
  3. Systeme Electric Oderzhimye Motorsport – 169 points

The results of the Moscow round did not affect Tommy Kaily's position in the individual standings. The Irish Fresh Racing driver has significantly strengthened his lead and has every chance of securing the championship title early at the next round in Krasnoyarsk.

Behind the foreign driver, however, the battle for the vice-championship has intensified to the limit – Anton Kozlov has moved into second place, just four points ahead of Sergey Kuznetsov. Arkady Tsaregradtsev in fourth position trails Kozlov by only 27 points, while Damir Idiyatulin in fifth is 60 points adrift of Anton. So much in this battle will depend on the weekend at the Krasnoye Koltso circuit.

In the team standings, Fresh Racing continue to lead, with Systeme Electric Oderzhimye Motorsport moving into second place with a slender advantage over Takayama Forward Auto. Carville Racing, currently fourth, have every chance of finishing among the prize-winners at the end of the 2026 season if they can continue their run of successful results.

  1. Tommy Kaily (Dungarvan, Ireland, Fresh Racing) – 775 points
  2. Anton Kozlov (Ulyanovsk, Carville Racing) – 487 points
  3. Sergey Kuznetsov (Samara, Fresh Racing) – 483 points

The fourth training sessions for juniors, supported by the Aimol Junior young driver development programme, took place at ADM Raceway with four sportsmen taking part. As part of the fourth round of the Russian Drift Series Grand Prix, Arseny Tsaregradtsev (12 years old) was once again in a class of his own, winning both qualifying and the pair battles. Second place in the junior pair battles went to Stepan Popov (14 years old), third was Luka Migal (13 years old), who made his debut in junior battles at this round, and fourth was Daniil Arefyev (10 years old).

The next round of the Russian Drift Series Grand Prix – the fifth of the season – will take place in a month's time, with RDS GP heading on its Siberian tour to the Krasnoye Koltso circuit in Krasnoyarsk on 1 and 2 August. The weekend at the mecca of Russian drift could well crown a new series champion, with the title being secured early, one round before the official conclusion of the 2026 season.
