Stradvision launches general subscription... Growth potential of Vision AI company attracts attention

featuredBy AutoHive Staff

StradVision, a specialist in autonomous driving vision software (CEO Kim Jun-hwan), is conducting a public subscription for retail investors from the 18th to the 19th.

Earlier, from the 9th to the 15th, StradVision carried out a demand forecast targeting domestic and international institutional investors. Some 66.8% of institutional investors (including those who did not specify a price) offered prices at or above the upper end of the desired offering price range. In order to lower the entry barrier for retail investors, the company set the offering price at 12,000 won.

The success of StradVision's demand forecast can be attributed to its technological prowess and business viability. Based on Vision AI technology, StradVision has carried out numerous mass production projects with global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier-1 customers. Currently, StradVision's software is applied to over 5 million mass-produced vehicles worldwide.

In particular, StradVision has a structure where royalty revenue is generated after mass production expands, a characteristic of the automotive industry. This allows the company to strengthen its mid- to long-term growth foundation based on an increase in vehicles with mass-produced software and the expansion of new projects.

Additionally, as major institutional investors voluntarily expanded their lock-up commitments through the lead manager, the volume of shares available for trading immediately after listing has been reduced to approximately 38.39% of the total number of shares scheduled for listing, which appears to have had a positive impact.
