Infineon's Next-Generation 8Tx8Rx Radar Transceiver Enters Mass Production

On June 24, Infineon Technologies AG has begun production of the next-generation 8Tx8Rx radar transceiver RASIC™ CTRX8188F. This device is now ready for mass production and is designed to support edge processing architectures used in conjunction with the AURIX™ TC45. It is the first monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) on the market to support a centralized radar architecture.
