Volvo expands operation of ‘Volvo Songpa Hanam Service Centre’

Volvo Car Korea (CEO: Lee Yun-mo) announced on the 8th that it has expanded and upgraded the 'Volvo Songpa Hanam Service Centre' to provide customers in south-east Seoul and south-east Gyeonggi Province with more space and improved services.

Operated by Kolon Automotive (CEO: Shin Jin-wook), an official dealer of Volvo Car Korea, the 'Volvo Songpa Hanam Service Centre' spans a total floor area of 1,903.18㎡ (approximately 576 pyeong) across three floors above ground. Located on a main road in Hanam, Gyeonggi Province, adjacent to Seoul's Songpa District, it offers excellent accessibility for customers in both south-east Seoul and south-east Gyeonggi Province.

The 'Volvo Songpa Hanam Service Centre' has expanded its workbays from five to eight, enabling it to service up to 810 vehicles per month under standard repairs. This expansion reflects the rapidly growing demand from customers in the south-east metropolitan area, maximising tangible service convenience through reduced waiting times and enhanced maintenance quality.

In addition, the centre offers professional and attentive customer care through the 'Volvo Personal Service (VPS)', which pairs technicians with customers on a one-to-one basis for tailored service. The centre also incorporates Volvo Cars' sustainability values throughout its space, featuring a Swedish premium-inspired customer lounge and eco-friendly energy operations using solar panel canopies.

Various events are being held to mark the expansion of the service centre. All customers visiting the centre will receive a complimentary vehicle inspection and a Volvo reusable bag, while those spending 500,000 won or more on paid repairs will receive a Volvo tumbler. Additionally, customers purchasing two or more tyres will enjoy a 10% discount on tyres. (Promotions may end early or be substituted if stock runs out.)
