BYD Korea is relocating and expanding its ‘BYD Auto Daegu Service Centre’.

The BYD Auto Daegu Service Centre first opened in January last year when BYD Korea launched its passenger vehicle division. This relocation and expansion, taking place just one year and five months after the centre’s initial opening, is part of a process to significantly strengthen after-sales service capabilities based on early operational experience.

GNB Mobility, BYD Korea’s official dealer, decided to relocate and expand the centre in order to actively respond to the rapidly increasing demand for after-sales service, which has grown in line with the pace of BYD vehicle distribution in the country, and to enhance the core network within the region.

The newly opened BYD Auto Daegu Service Centre focuses on maximising the quality of a one-stop service tailored specifically for electric vehicles. Spanning approximately 971 square metres, this large-scale facility includes work bays capable of servicing up to five vehicles simultaneously. A dedicated space for battery work, which requires advanced technical expertise, has also been established separately. To streamline customer flow and improve work concentration, the customer reception area, service reception desk, and large parts warehouse have been seamlessly connected. With a two-storey design, the upper floor features a premium customer lounge and office space, allowing customers to comfortably and confidently observe the servicing process in a relaxed environment.
