Big Test Drive of the 'TOP 5 CARS' Finalists

On 23 July, a major test drive was held for the cars shortlisted in the five main categories of the 2026 National Automotive Business Experts Award 'TOP-5 AUTO'. In addition to competing for victory in their respective categories, each model will also be vying for the title of 'Car of the Year'.

The event was attended by members of the jury, representatives of car manufacturers and award partners. They tested more than 25 car models.

As is tradition, the major test drive took place on the M-11 'Neva' motorway, with the support of the North-Western Concession Company, part of the NPS infrastructure holding. The company built and operates the toll road on the section from Moscow to Solnechnogorsk – it is this infrastructure that annually serves as the venue for testing the award finalists. The high level of safety and excellent quality of the road surface on this section create ideal conditions for an objective assessment of the cars' dynamic characteristics.

The official awards ceremony for the winners of the 'TOP-5 AUTO 2026' award will take place in October in Moscow.
