Ram opens first official showroom in Korea, 'Ram Truck Seoul' opens

Chabot Motors (Co-CEOs: Jung Jin-gu, Kang Seong-keun), the official Korean importer of American heritage pickup truck brand Ram, announced on 27 July that it has officially opened 'Ram Trucks Seoul', its first official showroom in Korea, and will begin full-scale sales and service operations.

The newly opened 'Ram Trucks Seoul' is located at 332 Daewangpangyo-ro, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, on the city's most prominent import car street where major imported brands are concentrated. Leveraging excellent accessibility to the Bundang and Pangyo areas, the strategy is to maximise engagement with metropolitan customers who favour premium pickup trucks.

'Ram Trucks Seoul' spans a total site area of 854m² (approximately 260 pyeong), with a showroom floor area of 328.32m² (approximately 100 pyeong). The ground and first floors have been efficiently utilised to allow visitors to experience both Ram's distinctive rugged brand identity and its premium values simultaneously.

Inside the showroom, there is an exhibition space where visitors can take in Ram's imposing presence at a glance, along with a customer lounge for visitors, and sales and service consulting rooms for tailored consultations. In addition, ample parking space has been secured for customer convenience, enhancing the ease of visiting.

In particular, 'Ram Trucks Seoul' also houses a 'Quick Shop' facility on site, capable of providing technical maintenance and light repairs alongside vehicle purchase consultations. This enables a fully integrated one-stop customer care system, handling everything from vehicle purchase to rapid after-sales service (A/S) in a single location. Chabot Motors explained that it operates a tiered A/S care system: the on-site Quick Shop provides rapid diagnosis and light repairs as a priority, while for more complex maintenance requirements, it connects with Ram's dedicated service network to deliver tailored solutions.
