Leapmotor B10 Leads the Way as Leapmotor Officially Launches in Mexico
In July 2026, the Leapmotor B10 completed its local certification in Mexico, officially entering the local market and commencing deliveries, marking the start of its expansion into the North American market.
During the FIFA World Cup hosted in Mexico, the USA and Canada, Leapmotor held several experience events at the Campo Marte Fan Fest and Stellar Soccer House in Mexico City, inviting local media, content creators and consumers to get up close with the brand and its products.
Local certification completed, B10 leads the way

Currently, the Leapmotor B10 is available in dealerships across Mexico. Prior to this, the model had undergone local adaptation and validation at the Stellantis Mexico Automotive Engineering R&D Testing Centre. The centre is equipped with full vehicle inspection, emissions, materials and powertrain testing facilities, with a research and development team drawn from Mexico's top universities.
Before any model enters the Mexican market, it must undergo over a year of multi-dimensional testing, including bespoke calibration for complex terrains and climates such as plateaus, deserts and rainforests, as well as certification against local regulations. The B10 has already completed all tests and entered the market validation phase. The Leapmotor C10 and C16 will follow, catering to specific segments such as family travel and multi-passenger needs.
Leveraging the established Mopar system to build full sales and service capabilities
Leapmotor is advancing its local network strategy by utilising the distribution channels of the Stellantis Group in Mexico, with after-sales support provided by Mopar, a service provider with over 85 years of industry experience. Mopar's parts distribution centre in Toluca covers 45,000 square metres and stocks more than 50,000 types of genuine parts. Thanks to an intelligent logistics system, parts can be delivered to local dealerships within 24 to 48 hours. In terms of the sales network, Leapmotor has already established over 40 authorised outlets in key Mexican cities and is continuing to expand its reach, gradually covering more second- and third-tier cities to create a complete sales and after-sales service loop.

Leapmotor owners in Mexico can enjoy a four-year vehicle warranty, an eight-year high-voltage battery warranty, as well as a full suite of services including roadside assistance, OTA updates and a dedicated account manager. All national service outlets are equipped with professional electric vehicle maintenance tools, providing a one-stop experience from purchase to servicing.
Self-developed technology as the foundation, global reputation continues to grow
Leapmotor has always insisted on full-stack in-house R&D, mastering complete development capabilities from electric drives and batteries to intelligent driving systems. Its product strength has been validated in international markets. During a test drive event organised in Brazil for South American and Mexican media, a seasoned local journalist commented: "Its design is very distinctive, the steering is precise, and the suspension tuning is accurate. You can see the influence of the Maserati and Alfa Romeo teams — it's not your average Chinese brand."

As of June 2026, Leapmotor's cumulative global deliveries have exceeded 1.5 million vehicles, with the jump from 1 million to 1.5 million taking just eight months. Monthly deliveries in June reached 93,376 units, continuously setting new records. On the global stage, Leapmotor has established over 2,000 sales and service outlets in more than 40 countries and regions, with the proportion of overseas sales continuing to rise.

With highly adaptable products, a mature and comprehensive sales and service network, and deep in-house technological expertise, Leapmotor has officially launched in the Mexican market. The company is steadily driving Chinese new energy vehicles onto the global stage, offering more consumers accessible and intelligent electric mobility experiences.
