Sticking with Big Displacement Naturally Aspirated! Striking Design – New GMC Sierra Teaser Image

Recently, GMC officially released a teaser for the new SIERRA (Parameters | Inquiry). Just last week, Chevrolet unveiled the fully redesigned Silverado pickup, and now GMC has quietly dropped a teaser for its own high-end, professional-positioned model built on the same platform. The official details have not yet been disclosed, with only a dark-toned rendering posted on the brand's website, accompanied by the caption "Coming Soon."

From the teaser, it's evident that the new model further enhances GMC's high-end, rugged design language, featuring a highly striking new front fascia. The new model closely resembles the SIERRA electric version in appearance, equipped with sharp daytime running lights, with the headlight cluster positioned below the DRLs. The grille features a glowing GMC brand logo at the center, complemented by a hood with pronounced contours and newly designed exterior mirrors.

As for the interior, referencing the new Silverado, the new model will focus on a tech-oriented cabin, featuring a 12.2-inch fully digital instrument cluster and a 16.3-inch central multimedia touchscreen. Higher trims will also include an additional 11.5-inch dedicated display for the front passenger, while the top-tier Denali version is likely to come with exclusive interior packages.

On the powertrain front, again referencing the new Chevrolet Silverado, the new model will offer multiple new/upgraded powertrains, with the core highlights being two new-generation small-block V8 engines, with displacements of 5.7 liters and 6.6 liters respectively. Official full specifications have not yet been released, but these two new engines share technology with the 6.7-liter LS6 V8 engine found in the new Corvette, which produces a maximum power of 542 horsepower and a peak torque of 704 Nm. In addition to the two V8 engines, the new model also offers an optimized and upgraded 2.7T turbocharged four-cylinder engine, as well as a 3.0T turbocharged diesel engine, providing a rich variety of powertrain options.
