Конкурент для Xiaomi SU7: рассекречен седан Geely Galaxy TT

The rear-wheel-drive four-door saloon is offered with a 333-horsepower electric motor, while the combined output of the all-wheel-drive version stands at 578 bhp.

The Galaxy range, which is part of the Chinese brand Geely, has been joined by an electric saloon bearing the letter designation TT. As a reminder, this name was chosen by social media users in China (presumably those nostalgic for the retired Audi TT coupés). The first images of the upcoming newcomer appeared in the database of China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in May 2026, and in June the company published official photographs.

Now the model has been fully revealed. As Kolesa.ru previously reported, the manufacturer positions this four-door saloon as an entirely new model, yet it is evidently based on the electric Geely Galaxy E8 and its related hybrid, the Geely Galaxy Starshine 8: they share an identical profile, except that the Galaxy TT's door handles are flush-fitting (semi-concealed design).

Nevertheless, the four-door saloon has its own front end and rear. The model is equipped with LED headlights, a trapezoidal central air intake and a pair of side intakes integrated into the lower section of the front bumper, bonnet pressings, a sloping roofline, frameless doors, and bespoke 18- or 19-inch alloy wheels, behind which yellow brake calipers can be seen. A lidar unit is integrated into the roof edge.

The rear features a speed-adjustable rear spoiler with three adjustable angle settings, providing up to approximately 52 kg of downforce (at a maximum angle of 22.5 degrees). Below it sits a full-width light bar stretching from one rear wing to the other across the entire width of the boot lid. The lower section of the rear bumper incorporates gloss black plastic elements with slim horizontal reflectors.

The Geely Galaxy TT measures 4,999 mm in length, 1,919 mm in width, 1,479 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,920 mm. For comparison, the Galaxy E8 is 5,010 mm long with a 2,925 mm wheelbase, while the Galaxy Starshine 8 measures 5,018 mm and 2,928 mm respectively. The newcomer's boot capacity is 475 litres, plus 53 litres in the underfloor compartment, along with an additional storage area under the bonnet offering 110 litres.

The saloon features a three-spoke steering wheel with a flattened rim and physical buttons, an oval virtual instrument cluster behind it, and a horizontal infotainment touchscreen. The centre console houses a wireless smartphone charging pad and a pair of cupholders, while the glovebox has a sliding design. The equipment list includes: a head-up display, a voice assistant, a cooled/heated compartment with a 5.2-litre capacity, a panoramic roof with a sunroof, and seats with heating, ventilation and massage functions.

The Geely Galaxy TT is built on an 800-volt architecture, and CATL lithium-ion batteries with capacities of 52.4, 63.8 and 75.2 kWh provide a driving range on a single charge of between 540 and 725 km (calculated according to the CLTC cycle used in China). Up front, the saloon features double wishbone suspension, while the rear uses a five-link setup.

The model is available either with a single 333-horsepower electric motor mounted on the rear axle, or with all-wheel drive and a dual-motor setup delivering a combined 578 bhp. Its anticipated rival is the Xiaomi SU7, which made its debut in China in spring 2024. The Geely Galaxy TT is expected to go on sale in its home market in August 2026, with pricing to be announced at a later date.
