Production of Lada Aura with a Pair of Updates Has Started at AVTOVAZ

The manufacturer has kept the previous prices for the Russian brand's saloon, which has received an expanded list of equipment.
The fact that the Russian manufacturer had developed a car intended primarily for budget organisations and regional-level officials became known in 2023. The business saloon in question, the Lada Aura, is based on the Vesta saloon, with a lengthened wheelbase. As a result, passengers seated in the second row have gained 25 cm of additional legroom (1,060 mm in total for the legs). The Aura went on sale in autumn 2024, with a refreshed version hitting the market at the end of January 2026.
Updated 09.07.2026: both versions of the Lada Aura, which have received a climate control system and a telematic system, have kept their previous prices. The 'Premier' variant starts from 2,269,000 roubles, while the 'Status' starts from 2,466,000 roubles.

Now AVTOVAZ's press office has announced that the model will receive an expanded list of equipment, including climate control and the Lada Connect Start telematic system. It is worth recalling that the Vesta recently received the same upgrades. It is known that the business saloon's new climate control system and telematics will be included in all trim levels, starting with the base 'Premier' specification.

As the company reminded us, the climate control automatically maintains the set temperature and distributes air flows within the cabin. As with the Vesta, the control unit for the system includes several physical rotary knobs with mini-displays: these show information about the temperature, as well as symbols indicating the direction of the air flows and their intensity.
Using the Lada Connect Start telematic system and the 'Mir Lada' mobile app, Aura owners will be able to remotely access information about the vehicle's location, fuel level, engine temperature, battery charge level, and so on. In addition, there is a function for monitoring the status of the doors, boot and engine (suitable when the car is used by several users, for example, if it is a company vehicle).

The equipment list for the base 'Premier' version includes: four airbags, cruise control, an electronic stability control system, heated seats and steering wheel, keyless entry with remote engine start, and the Lada EnjoY infotainment system with a 7-inch touchscreen. The 'Status' specification comes with a 10-inch multimedia screen, upholstery in natural leather in black or light grey, and a two-tone instrument panel.

Only one powertrain is on offer: under the bonnet of the business saloon sits a 1.8-litre four-cylinder petrol engine producing 122 bhp and 170 Nm of torque, paired exclusively with an automatic gearbox. The Lada Aura takes 12.5 seconds to accelerate from standstill to 100 km/h, with a top speed of 175 km/h.
