Ferrari expands dealer network in Busan and Yeongnam with Kolon Mobility Group

Ferrari Korea has selected Kolon Mobility Group as its new official dealer partner in order to strengthen its brand presence in the domestic market and enhance the customer experience. As a result, dealership operations in Busan and the Yeongnam region will be managed by 'Ferrari Busan', a newly established entity under the Kolon Mobility Group.

This partnership has been pursued to combine Kolon Mobility Group's business capabilities and customer value, accumulated in the luxury imported car market, to deliver Ferrari's unique brand experience to customers in Busan and the Yeongnam region. In particular, the focus has been on delivering service throughout the entire process, from new car sales to after-sales care.

With its official launch, Ferrari Busan's showroom and service centre, which are set to intensify efforts in the Yeongnam region, plan to maintain a stable operational stance by providing services even during the dealer transition period. Ferrari Korea has concentrated on ensuring seamless operational continuity by leveraging Kolon Mobility Group's proven market management capabilities and customer care system, thereby delivering uninterrupted brand value from sales to service.

The newly opened Busan facility will operate as a 3S service centre, equipped with Sales, Service, and Spare parts systems. The Busan showroom is scheduled to undergo a building renovation in the second half of this year, transforming into a modern and sophisticated space featuring Ferrari's latest Corporate Identity (CI), thereby offering customers an immersive environment.
