BMW launches '7 Series Black Trim' with powerful presence
BMW Korea (CEO Han Sang-yun) is introducing a new Black Trim that further enhances the presence of its flagship saloon, the BMW 7 Series.
The Black Trim is available on two models: the 'BMW 740i xDrive M Sport Limited' and the 'BMW 740d xDrive M Sport'. It retains the outstanding product quality and driving performance of the existing models while adding black high-gloss design elements to various exterior details, emphasising a distinctive appeal.
The BMW 7 Series Black Trim finishes key exterior components—such as the side mirror blades, side window frames, door handles, and side sill covers—in a deep black high-gloss instead of the previous silver chrome, highlighting a more luxurious and commanding presence. This maintains the elegant proportions characteristic of the BMW 7 Series and the dignity of a flagship saloon, while achieving a more sophisticated ambience.
The BMW 740i xDrive M Sport Limited model, equipped with the Black Trim, features a BMW TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder petrol engine, delivering 381 hp and 55.1 kg·m of torque. The BMW 740d xDrive M Sport model is powered by a BMW TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder diesel engine, producing 299 hp and 68.3 kg·m of torque.
Additionally, both models are fitted with 48-volt mild hybrid technology, which enhances fuel efficiency and ride comfort, as well as BMW xDrive, an intelligent all-wheel-drive system that ensures stable driving in any situation.
Prices are as follows (including VAT, based on an individual consumption tax rate of 3.5%):
BMW 740i xDrive M Sport Limited Black Trim: KRW 160.8 million
BMW 740d xDrive M Sport Black Trim: KRW 150.7 million
