Kia to launch major engineering recruitment drive in second half of 2026

Kia has announced that it will be recruiting engineers in the second half of 2026, as confirmed on Monday 27th.

Applications will be accepted over a two-week period, from Monday 10th August to Friday 21st August.

Applicants must have at least a high school diploma, with no age or gender restrictions, and further details regarding the recruitment can be found on Kia's careers website. (※Male applicants must have completed military service or be exempt from it.)

For this recruitment round, Kia will apply the newly redefined engineer profile, which has been restructured to align with the evolving manufacturing environment, including electrification and digital transformation, when selecting candidates.
